Carbonization furnace production line is an equipment that directly processes wood waste such as sawdust, rice husk, fruit husk and other waste materials into carbon. The equipment has the advantages of low labor intensity, less labor, high output, low energy consumption, durable equipment, no vulnerable parts and low maintenance cost.

Working Principle

Working principle of machine-made carbonization furnace:

The carbonization furnace takes the self-produced gas furnace as the heat source, uses methane gas to pass through the cyclone and distribute air into the burner. The outlet temperature of the burner can reach 800 ℃ ~ 1200 ℃, and its flow rate can reach 3 ~ 5m per second. The generated high-temperature air flow is heated outside the combustion chamber. It should be noted that when heating, the furnace temperature is 100 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, which is the maximum moisture in the furnace. When each kilogram of raw material rod enters the kiln, 4 ~ 8% moisture will be brought in, 1700kg of raw material can bring in more than 100 kg of water, which is the great enemy of carbonization. Because the machine-made carbon raw material rod is most afraid of moisture, it will be crushed into powder, which will seriously affect the carbonization quality. Therefore, the moisture removal system is an essential key. The moisture removal time is 1 ~ 1.5 hours. When the furnace temperature in the carbonization room rises to 300 ℃, a large amount of combustible gas will be produced in the furnace, In theory, each kilogram of raw material can produce three cubic meters of methane gas, which can be used for carbonization, heating and drying heat source. The furnace temperature can be adjusted at will. The low-temperature carbon is generally above 400 ℃ (8 hours) and the high-temperature carbon is above 600 ℃ (10 hours).

The carbonization process of the carbonization furnace can generally be divided into the following three temperature sections:

1、 Drying stage.

From the start of ignition until the furnace temperature rises to 160 ℃, the water contained in the mechanism rod mainly depends on the external heat and the heat generated by its own combustion. The chemical composition of the mechanism rod has hardly changed.

2、 Initial stage of carbonization.

This stage mainly relies on the combustion of the rod itself to generate heat, so that the furnace temperature rises to 160 ~ 280 ℃. At this time, the wood material undergoes thermal decomposition reaction and its composition begins to change. Among them, unstable components, such as hemicellulose, decompose to produce CO2, CO and a small amount of acetic acid.

3、 Full carbonization stage

The temperature of this stage is 300 ~ 650 ℃.

In this stage, wood materials undergo rapid thermal decomposition, and a large number of liquid products such as acetic acid, methanol and wood tar are generated at the same time. In addition, combustible gases such as methane and ethylene are produced, which are burned in the furnace. Thermal decomposition and gas combustion produce a lot of heat, which increases the furnace temperature, and the wood materials are carbonized into carbon at high temperature.

To calcine high-temperature carbon, in addition to the above three stages, we also need to increase the heat to make the temperature in the furnace continue to rise to about 800 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃, so as to discharge the volatile substances remaining in the charcoal, improve the carbon content in the charcoal, increase the graphite structure of the carbon and enhance the conductivity.
