The usage method of metal strapping machine

The usage of metal strapping machines varies depending on the type of equipment. The following are the basic operating procedures for common models:

Pneumatic strip packing machine

Preliminary preparation

Connect the air compressor (with a stable pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa) and check if there is any air leakage at the air pipe joint

Unfold 16-19mm iron sheet steel strip, thread it along the guide groove, and reserve 5-10cm steel strip for locking buckle

Operation process

Press the 'Start' button, and the pneumatic motor will automatically tighten the steel strip (with manual assistance to adjust the position)

After reaching the required tension, release the button and lock the steel buckle with pliers or the equipment's built-in device

Cut off excess steel strip, remove the equipment and check the firmness of the joints

Manual/semi-automatic packaging machine

Manual operation: It is necessary to manually tighten the strapping and use tools to lock or cut it

Semi automatic operation: After inserting the packing tape, the machine automatically completes the process of gathering, bonding, and cutting the tape

Fully automatic packaging machine

Support foot switch or remote control operation, automatically complete the entire process of tightening, locking, and cutting (fastest 2 seconds/track)

Precautions

Do not use when the air pressure is below 0.5MPa

The steel strip joints need to be aligned to avoid tilting and jamming the machine
