The vertical hydraulic baler drives the pressure head to move up and down through the hydraulic system, compressing the material into shape and fixing it. The following are the core working principles and key components:
Core structure
Hydraulic system: composed of oil cylinder, motor, hydraulic oil tank, and control handle, providing power output.
Compression chamber: customizable size for accommodating materials to be compressed.
Control system: Supports manual or PLC automatic control, and some models adopt dual circuit and photoelectric control.
workflow
Material input: Put loose materials (such as waste paper and scrap) into the compression chamber.
Compression molding:
Press the operation button, the hydraulic pump starts, and the oil cylinder pushes the pressure head downwards, applying pressure to the material.
The pressure head is continuously pressed down to the set height (or manually controlled), and the material is compressed into blocks.
Binding and fixing:
Thread iron wire or plastic rope through the cable tray and tie a knot at the top of the pressure head for fixation.
Some models automatically complete the tying steps such as cutting and bonding.
Outbound operation:
Raise the pressure head and push the compression block out onto the tray.
Repeat the process until the packaging is completed.
Features and Advantages
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for small waste stations, waste paper processing, etc., with convenient transportation.
Safety design: equipped with photoelectric protection device, automatic emergency stop when sensing distance ≤ 50mm.
Maintenance requirements: Regularly replace hydraulic oil (the liquid level should be ≥ 1/2 of the tank volume), check seals and pipelines.
