Operation process of vertical packaging machine

The operation method of the vertical packing machine mainly includes the following steps:

operational readiness

Check equipment status: Clean the surface dirt of the equipment, check if the power cord is damaged, and ensure that all moving parts are lubricated.  ‌

Installation of packaging materials: Place the packaging tape into the machine according to the film penetration diagram and adjust it to the appropriate position.  ‌

Operation process

Start preheating: After connecting the power, run the machine idle to test if it is operating normally.  ‌

Adjust parameters: Set filling weight, packaging bag length, and other parameters based on material characteristics.  ‌

Filling material: Pour the material evenly into the material box to avoid tilting the pressure discharge due to one side being too high.  ‌

Pressing operation: Control the lifting and lowering of the upper pressing handle by stepping on it, and repeat filling until the target weight is reached.  ‌

Pressure packaging: After completing the filling, start the pressure cylinder to press down and wait for the yellow marking to stop.  ‌

Thread the silk thread: After opening the small door, thread it into the packing belt and fasten it to complete the packaging.  ‌

Do not touch the internal structure of the device during operation to avoid hand injuries.  ‌

It is strictly prohibited to disassemble and assemble equipment components with power on. The operation must be carried out after the power is turned off.
