The maintenance of a vertical baler should be carried out in three parts: mechanical, electrical, and lubrication:
Electrical system maintenance
Circuit inspection: Check daily whether the wire connectors are loose or aged, and ensure that the parameters of electrical control components (such as frequency converters and microcomputers) have not been altered arbitrarily.
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the dust on the surface of the photoelectric switch and proximity switch with a soft cloth to avoid malfunctions.
Mechanical structure maintenance
Daily cleaning: Wipe the surface of the machine with a dry soft cloth, focusing on cleaning areas prone to dust accumulation such as the belt feeding track and the cutter gap.
Lubrication maintenance: Check and replenish lubricating oil to rolling bearings, chains, and other parts weekly, and lubricate hinges, latches, and other rotating components monthly.
Component inspection: Check the paper pressing cart chain and the stranding machine chain monthly for any slackness and adjust them promptly.
Hydraulic system maintenance
Hydraulic oil maintenance: Replace the hydraulic oil after the new machine has been used for half a month, and then every six months thereafter. When changing the oil, thoroughly clean the oil tank and oil filter screen.
Sealing inspection: Check the tightness of the oil cylinder monthly, and promptly address any oil leaks found.
precautions
It is prohibited to operate the machine beyond its capacity or run it for extended periods without load, to prevent accelerated wear of components.
Electrical system maintenance should be carried out by professionals, and non-professionals are not allowed to adjust the parameters of control components.
