The daily maintenance of the carbonization furnace should focus on the maintenance of the sealing system, regular cleaning of carbon deposits, lubrication of key components, and inspection of the electrical system.
Sealing system maintenance
Regularly check whether the sealing strip of the furnace door is aging, ensure the airtightness of the carbonization process, and avoid gas leakage that may cause temperature control or insufficient fuel combustion inside the furnace.
Regularly clean up carbon deposits
After each use, the carbon deposits in the furnace should be removed to avoid blocking the pipeline and affecting the next use. It is recommended to clean it every 7 days and check if the connecting pipes are blocked.
Lubricate key components
Add high-temperature resistant lubricating oil to transmission components such as bearings and guide rails every month to ensure the flexible operation of the transmission device and reduce wear.
Electrical system inspection
Monitor the motor temperature and load current for abnormalities, regularly check the wiring points of the electrical control box to prevent looseness or water ingress. Immediately stop the machine for inspection upon detecting abnormal sounds.
