Cutting execution process

Compression fixation stage: The hydraulic pump supplies oil to the compression cylinder, pushing the slider compression knife to press the material onto the lower knife seat, ensuring shear stability. ‌‌

Shear stage: The main oil cylinder pushes the upper crocodile moving knife downwards under hydraulic pressure, forming an interactive shear force with the fixed lower knife, and using the lever principle to amplify the pressure and cut off the material. ‌‌

Reset stage: After the cutting is completed, the hydraulic oil returns to drive the cylinder to reset and prepare for the next operation. ‌‌

Structural design features.

Upper and lower crocodile scissors structure: imitates the bite action of crocodiles, with the upper blade being a movable blade and the lower blade being a fixed blade, with a blade length of 400-1500mm

Security protection mechanism: equipped with overload protection function, supports manual/automatic control mode, and can interrupt the cutting process at any time. ‌‌

Adaptive design: The split structure is easy to maintain, and some models support diesel engine drive to cope with non electric environments. ‌‌
