💡 Core Working Principle

Vertical balers rely on a hydraulic system to generate strong pressure: a motor drives a hydraulic pump, causing hydraulic oil to push a piston in the cylinder, driving the press head downwards to compress the material. The material's density increases under pressure, forming regular blocks, which are then fixed by bundling or natural shaping.

Press Head and Compression Chamber: The press head moves vertically under the drive of the cylinder, and the compression chamber holds the material.

📦 Workflow


Feeding: Open the top cover and place waste paper, plastic, or other materials into the compression chamber.


Compression: After startup, the press head descends, repeatedly squeezing the material into a compact block. Unpacking: The pressure head rises, the compressed block is pushed out from the bottom, and then manually tied or packed into bags.
