Applications of vertical strapping machines

A vertical baler is a device that uses a hydraulic system to drive a pressure head to vertically compress materials, primarily for reducing waste volume and facilitating storage and transportation. 

Its application varies depending on the specific type; common types include vertical hydraulic balers, vertical packaging machines, and vertical vacuum packaging machines, each designed for different industries and material characteristics. 

Vertical hydraulic balers are suitable for recycling and compressing various loose materials, such as cardboard, waste film, waste paper, foam plastics, beverage cans, industrial scraps, and waste textiles. 

They can compact waste to approximately 20% of its original volume (compaction ratio 5:1), significantly saving storage space and reducing transportation costs. 

Typical applications include waste recycling stations, steel mills, garment factories, and metal processing workshops. 

For example, in waste paper processing, loose cardboard can be compressed into regular rectangular blocks for easy batch processing. 

Vertical packaging machines are primarily used for the automatic packaging of granular, powdery, or strip-shaped materials in the food, daily chemical, and building materials industries. 

Examples include puffed foods, nuts, laundry detergent, salt, and tablets. 

Sealing is achieved through heat sealing (both longitudinal and transverse sealing) and film stretching, and date printing and counting functions are integrated.

 Applications cover food processing plants, daily chemical companies, and retail packaging. 

The equipment supports Chinese touchscreen control and is adaptable to different packaging materials and metering requirements.

Vertical vacuum packaging machines are suitable for items requiring oxidation prevention, moisture protection, or preservation, such as food (tea, nuts, seaweed products), electronic products, chemicals, and precision instruments. 

Sealing is achieved through a vertical vacuum chamber and a vertical sealing structure at the bag opening, with an optional nitrogen filling function. 

Typical applications include food preservation, pharmaceutical packaging, and research institutions. The equipment supports direct packaging of drums, boxes, and other outer packaging, improving efficiency.
